Why enterprises bring inan observability specialist.
An observability platform gives you the tools. A specialist makes them pay off: the right things monitored, alerts your on-call team trusts, and business processes watched end to end. DXHero is that specialist, and observability is all we do.
The gap
The platform is ready on day one. The value takes work.
A modern platform such as Datadog can monitor almost anything. How much of that you actually get comes down to five decisions.
Where the value is won or lost
- 01What to instrument first
- 02Alert thresholds
- 03Views per business process
- 04Tagging and cost
- 05Team adoption
Your options
Three ways to close the gap.
Each can work. They differ in how deep the expertise goes, how quickly value arrives, and what stays with you afterwards.

Why DXHero
Specialists by choice, not by accident.
We chose to go deep on observability rather than wide across IT. Every project feeds the same expertise, and our clients get all of it.

We start small.
A fixed-scope first step. You see the value before you commit.
- 02
We tell you what not to switch on.
More data is not always better. We recommend only what pays off.
- 03
We bring what we learned elsewhere.
Patterns proven across retail, real estate, finance and healthcare.
FAQ
Questions we hear.
We already pay for Datadog support. Why do we need a partner?
Datadog support resolves product questions and issues. A partner works on your side: deciding what to monitor, designing alerts and dashboards around your services, and making sure your teams use them. The two work together.
Will we become dependent on DXHero?
No. Every engagement ends with documented standards and engineers who can run what we built. Clients keep working with us for the work they choose to hand over, not because they have to.
Can you work alongside our in-house team or current IT partner?
Yes. We usually join an existing team and focus on observability, while your people and partners keep ownership of everything else.
We are not on Datadog yet. Is it too early to talk?
Not at all. We help teams plan the move, build the business case and migrate from tools such as Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace or Grafana.
Where should we start?
Usually with an assessment: a fixed-scope review of your current setup and a prioritized plan. See Assessment & Advisory.
